YMCA January Campaign
One of the key drivers for the YMCA is sustaining and growing membership. Traditionally, the annual January campaign is the biggest membership drive, offering zero join fees for the month of January. Spark works closely with the YMCA marketing team to develop a comprehensive campaign to promotes new membership.

BANNERS & FLYERS
Spark extended the design to large outdoor banners, t-signs and flyers to be used around the two facilities.

T-SHIRT DESIGN
As a way to create campaign awareness, the Y staff and team wore t-shirts, designed by Spark, for the month of January.

DIRECT MAIL
To target each Y demographic, Spark created three versions of a direct mailer, for families, adults and seniors.

DIGITAL ASSETS
Utilizing the new design template from YUSA, Spark created a variety of digital ads and banners used in the online campaign to promote new membership in January.

Outcome
With the help of the Y marketing team and other contributors, the campaign produced a spike in membership for the month of January, higher than previous years.
